They were very accommodating with working around my schedule for delivering the materials. The delivery was very professional and organized. I was impressed! Not a drop and run like some places. “This has been the trusted hardware store over the years. It's gone through quite a few renovations over the past few decades and still has what you need when you are fixing that electrical outlet or you need a new spray nozzle for your hose. It's the place to go if you need 1 & 1/2-inch wood screws when all you have is 1/2-inch nails. You come here if the Drano is not doing the job and you need a snake for the sink. In the fall, you'll get your metal rakes here to clear the fallen maple leaves in the yard (I prefer the plastic ones). If you are skateboarding behind the Walgreens (formerly Rite Aid), you can easily pick up new nuts or a wrench to secure your wheels to the trucks for a smoother ride. This hardware store has what you need to keep that garden healthy, from shovels, soil, and various garden tools. Last but not least ... Propane ?”

“Great people and a great company! Every time I go in there I feel like I’m part of the true value family and not just a customer and that goes a long way. The store is always clean and organized, the customer service is Impeccable, and the prices for their products are fair. They are always there to help and are also very honest. I went in needing a special bit for some lag screws that either came in a pack of two or in a box of screws. They didn’t have any of the two packs so instead of making me drive all the way to Home Depot they took one out of a screw box and told me that he’d sell me a 2 pack, give me the one from the box , and when the 2 packs of bits came in he’d save me the other bit. A month passes (I completely forgot about the bit) and Eric hands it to me. That’s what I mean by great customer service, I completely forgot about that bit and wasn’t even going in there for that but he did. I will always keep bringing them my business and highly recommend them to everyone !”

“Hamburg Plumbing is the best high end provider of plumbing supplies in the area. The owner is willing to accommodate your needs. The other day I was there 2x and when ailment back to pay for an item I realized I didn't have my wallet. I called llbean because I have a bean credit card. They couldn't provide me with the number. The owner let me take the 79 dollar item. And call in my credit card the next day. That's service. And it saved me an hr. going home again. I appreciate him trusting me and will always support a vendor like that. You should too, because the big box stores would never extend themselves like that.”

“A wonderful experience! We had been trying to find a place that did curbside propane exchange - all the big box stores expect you to go in and pay still! I was shocked no one was offering a true curbside propane exchange. Station Hardware made it super easy, the young guys working here are so nice and helpful, and we were in and out in 5 minutes. I also got a bag of potting soil, they loaded our car and ran my card inside; we got everything we needed quickly and efficiently. Thanks for offering this, we will be back :) highly recommended!”
