“I can't recommend highly enough Learning Ladders as one of the best day care centers in the Jersey City area. My children have been attending this daycare for over two years now and have far exceeded my expectations for learning and social development. The teachers are wonderful and provide an extremely stimulative learning environment for the children to prosper in my view. Additionally, the added community support from other parents has been phenomenal. This place is worth an inquiry for children 5 years or younger of age.”

“My son has been attending this daycare but unfortunately we relocated otherwise he would have still been there.I’m very pleased with the care he received . The staff is patient, attentive, and truly caring. They keep me informed about his day and make sure he feels safe and comfortable. “SuperTots is an amazing school…they have so many different activities and the teachers are exceptional…They care for the kids like they are there own and I wouldn’t want it any other way…babies, toddlers, Preschoolers just entering school for the first time is amazing…”

“It is the best place to take care of my children my oldest child was there from 3 years old to 5 and now there is my 1 year old baby, they take good care of them, the teachers and all the staff are very affectionate. The social workers and nurses that I have had are sweet. My child loves coming to his care and loves his teachers and that makes me see how well they take care of him. I thank you with all my heart there will not be a place where I feel safer and that is why I have not moved, I have found other apartments that are cheaper and more modern than where I lived but in union city or other places and I prefer to stay here just because I know my child is well taken care of ❤️ ”

“Smart Start Academy on Central has been such a wonderful experience for us and our baby boy! From six months old we've entrusted this establishment to watch over our young one and they have always gone above and beyond making sure he has a great day. We always get updated on the daily events with messages and photos (some of my favorite photos we have of our son were taken by the Smart Start Team). Love this place and are thankful we joined this lovely team :)”

“As a mom of 2 , former preschool director and now enrichment coordinator I must say this school is outstanding. As an enrichment coordinator, I am in and out of 100s of schools throughout NJ. The directors and teaching staff at Park Prep truly care about creating a loving and educational environment for their students. Two things that stand out are 1. The school has thoughtful and purposeful toys, manipulatives and centers for their children. 2. The staff makes sure every child is happy and engaged in their activities while also providing positive reinforcement. I knew right when I stepped into this school that it was extra special!!”

“My grandson attended kidz Inn day care (aka-academy) several years ago. I highly recommend this program. When he left to attend school he was beyond prepare for kindergarten the academic program that they have was so profound and structured that he was skipped to the first grade because he had already accomplished all of the skills that were required for kindergarten. Academically they're the best! He learned to read, Identify numbers, and write the letters of the alphabet. He could read the names of all of his classmates from their artwork. He was only 2 1/2 at the time. If they still hlld themselves to the same standards as they did then L highly recommend them.
I wish they were around when my children was attending Pre-K would have made the transition so much easier”

“My kids started their Prek-3 here in this amazing school. Both of my kids loved their teachers and also the staff, my kids learned and enjoyed so much here. The teachers here are kind, patience, and helpful about the kids. This school is the best and definitely recommended.”

“Great experience with preK3! Teachers and staff are kind and professional. Our child loves going to school! Small class size is great and classrooms are large with lots of play/learning areas. They have outdoor playground and an indoor flex space for kids to run around when it’s cold. All updates are organized via app. Highly recommend!”

“Bergen-Lafayette Montessori school is absolutely incredible. We sent my daughter there when she was 15 months old and she was enrolled until we moved out of Jersey City when she was 3. Our son also started there at six months in the infant room before we moved. The teachers are loving, caring, and attentive. This is a legit Montessori education that is truly transformative - what my daughter was able to learn and accomplish at such a young age, and the independence she gained from attending this school has authentically shaped who she is today. The infant room teachers cared for my son deeply and supported his transition from being home from maternity leave to going to school. They were also excellent partners while we worked on potty training for my daughter. This place also builds community in a beautiful way, with many opportunities to get together at the school site and have fun together. My daughter has made lifelong friendships and the parents that I've been able to connect with are warm and welcoming. We would have stayed if we hadn't bought a house in another town, but I still bring the kids up to attend school related events (as they are open to alums of the school), and my daughter still says that BLMS was her favorite school (she's four now).”

I truly can’t say enough about the level of care, attention, and love that the entire team pours into the children every single day. All four of my children have been part of this community at different points, and each of them has benefited in meaningful ways, from their social and emotional growth to their confidence and curiosity. What makes this center so special is the people. The staff are deeply invested, thoughtful, and genuinely care about each child. The site Director, Julia, sets the tone with her warmth, leadership, and commitment. We are so grateful for the role each teacher has played in our children’s lives.
