A few years ago I converted to gas heat, but I still have my ac unit that they service. It went out one and I called that morning to have it serviced. I was pleasantly surprised that the tech showed up a couple of hours later to quickly fix the problem. Since I had a yearly service contract it cost me nothing. PFO has always done a great job and they did it again.”
