Called around 9:30a to request a shower faucet/cartridge replacement. Advised they would be able send a plumber out between 11-1 on the same day. Plumber showed up at 11 and resolved the issue within 15-20 mins. Excellent/efficient service.

I wonder if anyone can give plumbers 5 stars. They charge a lot of money. However, my experience with Bommer has been good; they were true to their estimate, did fast clean work, and Jim was accommodating and talked me through all my options.
