“Maaan! LAPTOP MD IS THE PLACE TO BEEEEEE!!!!!! Kevin is a CHAMP!So my MacBook was giving me major problems. Randomly saving stuff in the background in spite of me rarely saving. One day when preparing to make the new upgrade, my MacBook shut down. It would no longer open.I went to Apple they recommended I go do data recovery at some extremely expensive location with terrible customer service.I hopped online and found LAPTOP MD! YAAAALL, this place is magical! KEVIN kindly listened to all of my concerns and told me immediately a reasonable estimate. I did data recovery and got a new battery for around $500. (same day) Everyone i dealt with there was very friendly regardless of how busy they were.
