MaryAnn in customer service is one of the greatest in the game. She asks the right questions and makes sure there are no issue from the beginning to the end. I have even dealt with Ryan the president directly and he is not above doing the work himself to get it done. My price was fair and didn't change. I got an email after the job was done, confirming and with a signed packing slip! Needless to say I will be using them for every single job in the area they cover. I explained to the manager that I needed six thousand throw pillows for the Moroccan enspired pillow fort and they were more than willing to supply. “Well since Phil said this place was good and since my father's middle name was Orlando, I had to come visit today. I decided I would quickly buy a scratch off for my friend Mikey. The place is busy and it's a narrow space. There were two men customers inside and I felt like I was in the way. Definitely the man at the counter that assisted me with my ticket was very nice. Although he admitted he wasn't Orlando. (Haha) I definitely understand the four stars. I'm sure if I lived closer I would give him my business! I was definitely tempted by the candy counter.”
