Upon entering the store the Owner kindly greeted me and asked me if I needed any help, so of course I rattled off my puppy's life story and what brought me in and what I needed help with. She directed me to 3 different brands she recommended based off the issues we have been having / what I was looking for.She answered my MANY questions with patience and ease. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I cannot wait to come back and shop here again. The store is also very organized, clean, well kept, and very well stocked. There was a large array of toys, foods, treats, etc to browse through. They even have reward programs and raffles for loyal repeat customers. There is nothing like shopping at a small business who truly loves and cares for their customers.I highly recommend The Scottish Dog to any dog / cat Owner and happy to say they gained a new loyal customer!”
