I first came here last year for an oil change and decided then that I’d be coming back for all of my vehicle maintenance. I drive a 2018 Ford Escape with over 85,000 hard-earned miles I’m a Realtor, so my car is constantly on the road.
This time, I came in for an oil change and asked them to give the car a thorough inspection. I had recently been in an accident and the body shop that repaired my car had suggested I have the tires checked as one had a large gash. I also noticed my Escape just wasn’t driving the way it used to.
Tony’s team completed a full inspection, found several issues, and took the time to walk me through everything with photos. I never felt pressured just informed and confident that they were being honest with me.
They were able to get all the parts the same day and had my car repaired within a day. They even made a last-minute trip at 5:30 PM to pick up a part after discovering one of my axles was stripped. They only charged me for the part itself and didn’t add extra labor for the additional work, which speaks volumes about their integrity.
When I picked up my car, it drove like it was brand new.

“Great prices and they work with you on any issues! We had them replace a catalytic converter on our truck and a few other things. They helped us out by doing everything else before doing the cat because we didn’t have a lot, but they helped us out with the price on labor. “2012 Passat: Went in on recommendation of neighbor. Could not be happier. ‘12 Passat Back end was squeaking something awful. They replaced the rear shocks and mounts and the squeak is no more. Friendly service, reasonable price.
Bonus: waiting area is clean and has a vending machine. Meet my new mechanics!
2003 Tundra: purchased used from private seller. Did not have my mechanic look it over before purchase (mistake #1). After purchase, took it to my Dad’s mechanic and he worked on it but could not resolve issue. Finally had the sense to bring it to Clark’s. They diagnosed the issue, called me with their proposed solution and quoted me a price. And now that puppy runs great and has passed inspection too. Could not be happier with the service.”

“I purchased a brand New Newmar RV Freightliner chassis and immediately had a antifreeze leak. Carolina RV where I purchased was very unhelpful but these guys made up for it 10X. I spoke with service mgr Michael who immediately showed concern and offered to have someone come to my house within a week. Very impressive since it was the Christmas week. I told him no rush as long as he got here at some point. He texted Monday and said we can be to you Tuesday morning. Clarence showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem corrected it and took it upon himself to tighten everything that should have been done before I drove it off the lot at Carolina RV which was not done. While waiting for some simple supplies to be delivered Clarence basically went over the entire coach tighten everything and found a softwire recall which also was not addressed by Carolina. Clarence was neat, efficient, concerned and extremely personable. Campbell's is top notch and I would recommend them hands down. What great service. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you”
