I broke down in NJ on a road trip (not from there) and as it was a Sunday night I had to find a hotel, and have my car towed first thing Monday morning. Luigi was able to diagnose and fix the issue on Monday, and he kept me in the loop with what the problem was, as well as educated me on the issue by sending me pictures of the engine and explaining what was wrong. Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to have found B and T Tire and Auto. I was able to make it home safely Monday night.”
