Although it needed a new transmission and I decided to junk the car, they were very pleasant to deal with and they were very nice about me leaving my car in their lot for a few days until it got picked up. I would definitely recommend!”

“The STS on Rt 46 in Dover has given me consistent and reliable service over the years. Today I took my zero turn tires here to get them mounted. Mounting mower tires is not what they typically do, but that didn't stop them from helping me out. They did remove the old tires, but didnt have the equipment specific for mowers, which is understandable. That said, their customer service was excellent. They took my work on even though they were busy, and they did it at no charge. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, Ron and his team are world class people!”

“I've been to many places that do oil changes and car washes. In my 50 years of driving, never have I met a more polite and organized manager than Ray. Ray is first class. He makes it a point to tell the truth and point out things that need to be taken care of without taking advantage. I was shocked when I found out that my wife's car needed a new battery he did the test and showed me I was also shocked that he offered up a coupon when I told him that the other place in Livingston did offer one they said they didn't take it, which is not truthful. I'll be back to precipitate Troy Hills to get a car wash to see Ray and become a regular; and I suggest you do as well.Thank you, RayEric Epstein”

“The owner is as honest and professional as they come. I purchased an E350 Coachman in the area and the breaks failed. No RV shop would help me and I was passing threw doing journeyman engineering work. All shops said they could not lift the vehicle. I called desperately around and found Arsenal. They used heavy floor jacks and made it happen. Thanks again for saving me guys!”

I had a tire blow out on the highway from a large puncture, called them that afternoon, they were able to get my tire of choice delivered the next morning, squeezed me in that day for install, and in 24 hours from my initial phone call, the car is done. “Stopped here because my tire pressure light came on. Guys put it up on the lift, checked all the tires and found that the lug nuts weren’t even tight enough. So much for going to a dealership that specializes in this car and can’t even tighten the lugs or fill the tires correctly. Best part owner didn’t even charge me. Get your service here, they deserve the business.”

I've been going here for 10+ years for oil changes, oil / air / cabin filters, and the occasional transmission fluid service. They also have windshield wipers at a reasonable price and install them for free. I've never once been unhappy with the service.”

“Excellent customer service and mechanical work! They saved me THOUSANDS! How you might ask?? Story time! My son jumps in his '14 Ford Fusion (High mileage) and the dashboard is lit up like a Xmas tree. No power steering!I call around to a couple of local shops and they are honest - electric power steering needs a computer reset which they don't have and recommend going to a dealer. So, I went to the Ford dealer near me. Their diagnosis was a whole new steering rack is needed - $3,800!!!!I do some more googling to find Mark's specializes in fords so I call them. They can deal with the computer stuff so I bring it there. They do analysis (sent scan reports!) and discover the wire to the power steering motor was chewed off (rats!)! $500 to fix! Saved me over $3k.Great use of technology for the service. They email estimates with pictures and final bill! All very clear. (Going back to Ford with this info to get my diagnosis fee back!)Service is great (thanks Abbey, Mark and the team!).I really appreciate a well run, local, and competent business!!”

I was waiting for the windshield to get that foggy smut after driving a bit and it never happened.... really really great place for the first time... I splurged and got the special and it was like a mini detailing.... very very good and I recommend.... I wish I took pictures but next time I will..”
