“I am absolutely speechless with the level of care and compassion I've received from Rose Pharmacy and I am so beyond grateful to have been referred here by my physician!After having a great deal of difficulty with several CVS locations and stock issues, I soon found myself dealing with a string of new pharmacists that were outwardly rude and refused to assist with any questions I had in regards to my medications or insurance. One CVS pharmacist even told me, "I don't have time to deal with your problems- go online and figure it out yourself." Needless to say, even my doctor was appalled. I was nervous to go to a "smaller" pharmacy; but after my Doctor mentioned he had several other patients with great experiences at Rose, I figured it was worth a try.From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated like a real person and the pharmacist went above and beyond to communicate with me, my Doctor, and insurance, to make sure I would have everything handled promptly. They were very quick, very convenient, and most importantly- they made my experience quick and easy. I felt like I had been a long time customer. Honestly, I would say I even felt like family.I cannot recommend this location highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could! Just being treated so kindly and professionally would have given them 5 stars alone, but the convenience and speed exceeds all expectations. I'd drive an hour if I had to. They're the best! “I was disappointed that my pharmacy of over 30 years was closing. Bluejay pharmacy moved into the location I was very happy to see that some of the staff continued working with the new owner / pharmacist. The Owner, as well as the other pharmacists, & staff that work at this location are very knowledgeable and very caring. Linda was with the other pharmacy & I am happy she is still there. She is a caring & loving person & I always look foward to seeing her!!! They take the time to talk with you and discuss anything that you need. If they are super busy, they will even call you, if you can't wait! They go above and beyond and will even contact your doctor's office if a prescription has not been sent over. I would definitely recommend this family owned and operated pharmacy. I am very pleased with their Customer service, friendly, mom & pop feel! They are top notch. If you are looking for a family business to support definitely check this pharmacy out. If they don't have something they will even try to order it for you! Though as I said I am sad my long standing pharmacist/Owner retired & I miss him. I am glad I took his advice & gave Bluejay a chance! A+++”

“Caldwell Pharmacy is THE BEST! I have been going there since they opened and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They know you when you walk in and will let you know if something interacts with your current meds. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I love the delivery option. I work in the medical field and calling CVS, Walgreens, etc. is the most frustrating experience. It takes a small miracle to get through to a pharmacist if you can navigate the long and annoying phone tree and then they put you on hold forever. This never happens at Caldwell Pharmacy! You always have a pleasant and knowledgeable live person to answer the phone and your questions. I recommend to as many patients as I can as well as my family and friends. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!”

“I used Walmart for years and waited for so long even at my sickest moments, Never again! Please use a local pharmacy. One of my friends brought to ValuRx when I got out of the hospital for a stomach flu and that was 7 years ago. I can honestly say that Farhad cares about you. If you don't feel well he will bring your medicine out to your car or have it delivered. He will know your medical history so you won't have to explain yourself every time you have to go in. I could go on but 5+ and I'm picky ().”

“Great Pharmacy with more than just medicine. My son loved playing with the train tracks they have set up to the side when you walk in. My entire time being a customer there I’ve only dealt with to people who work there a nice man who is curious and helpful. And a young lady who is very nice and brightens up my day when I walk in and she says hello with a smile. I’ll stay a customer here as long as I can. You actually feel like a person and you deal with people who treat you that way. Unlike the big pharmacies where you are barely a face your pretty much just a number.
