“I finally had the pleasure of meeting Ms Tammy after having had numerous calls from her regarding my paperwork.
At each discussion,
I made promises to arrive at the facility on certain dates /times to no avail.
She remained professional, patient and kind at every attempt.
When I finally saw her, i smiled because she held that same energy I felt over the phone. I said your Tammy right. She smiled and was so attentative, understanding and had a willingness to assist me with my concerns.
Excellent customer service rendered to me. I recommend friends& family to this Location.

I was so elated when meeting Jared , he assisted me after the heavy rain fall. I was unable to move my belongings from the storage on my own.
He was persistent and committed. He also understood my circumstances and very supportive when necessary.
I am glad he is attentative ,kind and understanding to you as a person.

“Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I went into this location not really sure what size unit I even needed and Angel was incredible! He was so patient and understanding, like he didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking a million questions. His energy was just on another level, super professional but also warm like I was talking to a friend. By the time I made my choice on a unit, Steven stepped in and he was just as great. It felt like such a relief knowing I was being helped by people who actually cared about making it a good experience. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and honestly pretty lucky to have run into a team like that. If I get to see them every time I stop by my storage unit, that’s a win in my book.”

“Smooth move in at a very stressful time. This is the second extra space storage location I have used (Flemington) and just like the first time this location in Piscataway has been wonderful. Both my experiences were mobile checking, fyi.

“Safeguard Self Storage at Mountainside, N.J is an excellent facility to store anything you have. I have stored my belongings there for over 10 years without any problems or damages to them and have always dealt with Cesar who is always willing to listen and assist me in anyway possible. If the phone was not answered when I called there, Cesar would be the one to return my call the same day.
I would surely recommend that facility to anyone who is looking for a storage unit.”
“I had the easiest and most stress-free process in getting a unit at Lock-Up Storage in Edison. Moving is already a headache as it is. It's such a relief to find a storage location that alleviates unnecessary headaches when it comes to renting a storage unit I honestly wish I had found them a lot sooner. I was able to complete the rental agreement online at my own convenience and they were courteous enough to show me around which units would work best for me and if I needed to make any changes. The service was great and they answered every question I had and were honest with what size unit would best work for me and what kind of door. The prices online are such a bargain.
