I waited 3.5 hrs in my car for a Covid test. They have you call from your car to register. I literally was on hold for 2:45 before I flagged someone down. Calls are not answered in the order they are received. They just keep looping until someone picks up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

poorly organized. came for a test that I was told was on a first come basis, only to find that it is the first person to get through to the receptionist by phone. After being on hold for 20 min I was told the wait would be 30 min. 1 hr. later I couldn't even get through to the receptionist by phone and staff seemed indifferent.

I had a really great experience here. Dr. Primiani was probably one of the kindest and most thorough doctors I have seen in years. I really wanted to make her my primary doctor. She is wonderful!!!! What an caring doctor and staff!!!!
