On hold for hours. Each person told me I need technical support because they could not fix it. So they forward me to another sales person. This happened 4 times. Very disappointed customer. After 4 hours, still no cable.

This company is a nightmare to get on the phone and they can't even mail out a cable card but make you drive there to get it only to find out they ran out.
