“A very nice store to shop with your family or just yourself. The staff is very friendly and the items are always in stock. A good, hometown, store. Long term local residents love it. Please do not change a thing. Bill in deli was exceptional until he recently retired. The staff is so helpful and always around in view if you ever need anything. Good fresh product. The express lane should have a limit sign of no more than 15 items. Patrons should be encouraged to move quickly when in self check out as people are waiting. Save the phone calling and yakking for after you have checked out..”

“My branch is in Highlands, NJ, but I found a charge in my account I didn't recognize, so they wanted to cancel my bank card. This usually takes about 5 days to get a new card, but the gentleman at the bank on the phone from the banks 800 # named Dan let me know that at the Valley bank in Little Silver NJ, they could issue me another bank card and shred the old one. I called the Little Silver bank to make sure the card machine was working, I spoke to Joe, which I knew that previously worked in my branch. Seedless to say, I went there and he took great care of me. Hooked me up with a new card and shredded the old one. I have been banking with Valley for 13 years, and I love it! Everyone is so compassionate, always! Thank you Valley ?”

“Today I came across a big issue at the MVC in Eatontown , and needed a bank statement - went to PNC and they couldn't print my Credit card statement as they don't have access to credit card statements only Debit ! So I headed to chase only to realize that my debit card address is still linked to my parents address rather than my own , CHRISTINE B. ( last Name cut for privacy ) was AMAZING , she truly went above and beyond , I explained the problem and before I even could ask she was willing to help and make it all work - I emailed her my PNC statement and she printed it at CHASE ! I was Amazed by the customer service honestly ! I always loved banking with chase and I'm so loyal to them , because in 10 years I have yet to have a single bad experience wether in branch or via phone . Thank you thank you and thank you for putting PEOPLE first ! The world needs more businesses like CHASE & people like CHRISTINE !”
