Wow! An amazing gym I joined near my new place. This gym is fantastic. They have a giant work out floor with so many weight machines and free weights. A ton of classes. It's like an equinox.

Staff overall are very friendly and supportive. I have personally been working out with Amanda F. for personal training and she's kept me honest to my goals and pushed me to continue to get better. It's been a year long journey so far and I can say I have no regrets.

Great gym! Always clean and the machines are pretty up to date. Seems like everyone has good gym etiquette too! Amanda has been a fantastic trainer to work with also! Overall, I recommend joining!
Opportunity knocked on Jersey Strong's door in early-2019, as a large privately owned health club in Old Bridge, New Jersey was about to shut its doors. The Roma Family came to its owners, and Jersey Strong Old Bridge was born in August 2019. Though the club had a membership base in place and Jersey Strong staff moved over immediately, it still wasn’t quite “JERSEY STRONG”. That was until a 1.5 million dollar renovation swept through in the fall of 2019 and transformed Jersey Strong Old Bridge into a stylish, brand new Jersey Strong location. It’s located on Route 516 in Old Bridge, just off Route 9 and a stones throw away from their East Brunswick club.
