“Top tier gasoline with lowest price gains its 5 stars! Though always long lines reduces 1 star.It seems one staff is responsible 3 to 4 stations, which they constantly work on transaction, pumping gas, operating keypads, directing and position cars to their stations... as they are very busy, drivers are usually patiently waiting for the staffs to get to them.I guess for the 5-star reason mentioned previously, all drivers are willing to wait...(?) We arrived around 10:05am on an ordinary Monday, and by the time we left it was 10:39am; and my husband wasn't any unhappy about it because with Costco's gasoline cash back program, his total out-of-pocket was $3.85/gal Verdict: 4 stars”

“Lately the prices have gone up on so many things. What was once a discounted warehouse where you could buy cheaper in bulk, is now buy in bulk but still kind of pricey on many items. Why would I want to buy at such high prices AND in bulk??? So now we are very selected of what we buy here. Their large juicy roasted rotisserie chicken is a great value, as is the prepared meals such as stuffed peppers, their wraps, strawberries, blueberries, grapes & other produce. Apples are similar in price by the lb as everywhere else. Meat prices are crazy high. Can get better deals at Shop Right. This is a good place to shop for electronics & seasonal items tho. I recommend getting your pharmacy items here., And to get gas here. Staff is always helpful & friendly.”
“I recently joined Costco online and had to come in to have my account activated. I was told by a friendly man at the main entrance in a wheelchair where to go and then I went around to the right side. Then waited to be helped at the Customer Service counter. A nice man named Pablo helped me activate my account and made the process simple. Once I went into the warehouse, there were so many options to buy. Including alcohol. I easily spent over $300 & still could have bought more. That's how many options there were there.”

On December 11,2025, at 5:30pm, I visited Bj's in Watchung, NJ, and spoke to Mr. Amicio, near my hometown, who told me they couldn't help me because I needed an appt. to fix my flat tire. He told me they were fully booked for a couple of weeks due to Black Friday. I was advised to go to the Bj's Tire Service in Edison, NJ, for a quicker service. This was the second time I received this recommendation. I would especially like to thank Mr. Raj at the Bj's in Edison, NJ, for his outstanding assistance. He took the time to check my tire and offered several options to resolve the issue without any hesitation and excellent manners.

“Costcos is cool, but some of the customers just aren't... I understand parking is crazy, but please don't park your car to shop in the "fill your tire with air" spot... it's annoying and makes the pump useless for those who need it. Don't park there unless you're putting air in your tire... There's literally a sign that says that lol.”

Curtis at Sam's Tire store in Edison picked up and told us to come right in. He took care of us on a busy Sunday afternoon in spite of being very crowded.”

When I went first time , I got no help when I asked for membership etc . I almost shopped not knowing that I need a membership. The members in the billing counter didn’t help and even the manager there . I came back later and found this shop had many more stuff including vegetables etc . Liked the price and we got few stuff . “Jason at the Costco Tire Center was extremely helpful in teaching me about the different tires, including which ones were on discount and which he would recommend. This initial process went smoothly until the tires arrived.
I’m docking one star from my review due to what happened next. After scheduling my appointment for 2:30 PM, I made sure to arrive a bit early to drop off my car. I highly recommend going with a friend or family member and just leaving your car instead of waiting around. My tire change wasn’t finished until 5:30 PM, and it didn’t even go into the garage until around 4:30 PM. Shouldn’t my appointment have been set for 4:30 PM instead of 2:30 PM? Based on other reviews, it seems this is a common issue. If Costco could adjust their appointments to allow for more buffer time, I believe this place would definitely deserve five stars!
Returning to the tire change, Jason was once again extremely helpful when I picked up my car. He pointed out that two end caps were broken (thanks for explaining what those are!) and noted other issues, such as scratches on my car. He also informed me to come back after 25 miles for a retorque and encouraged me to stop by if I encounter any issues. Thanks again for the great customer service, Jason!”

“Love the store. Pretty much always well stocked, check outs are fast. The shopping experience is good. My complaint is this location has the worst parking lot that could possibly exist, especially for a big box store. People tend to have full heavy carts and 95% of the parking lot is a friggin hill! Why they didn’t level when they built this place is baffling but it’s the worst possible lot they could have went with. Outside of that, great place. ?”
