“Applied Bank offers a good credit card for those of us with less than stellar credit. Just setup autopay and make sure you make you minimum monthly payments until you see autopay deduct from your checking account for the first time. This company really does try and I really appreciated them being there for me and my family in my time of need. I will suggest that Applied Bank updates their website as it's a bit tricky to navigate and yes I've run into issues making payments as well due to the system that they have in place... That being said, they are try to provide the best service possible to all of their members and I truly believe this. If you run into issues making a payment online, just call them up and make a payment over the phone.”

They have been kind and very friendly when i come in once a month to cash my Bank of America retirement checkThey are fast and very courteous. Mr. Klezaras today 9/15 wss so helpful just like his entire teller staff. I don't know if this review will get to him or to his office but i just want again to say thank you to everyone at this brsnch.”

“So the other day I took out cash Cinthia was my teller. She was perfect. I hope others can learn from her. She was polite, professional, and didn’t make me feel like a criminal . There’s been many occasion in the past not with this bank but I had PNC, where I would take out cash from my own bank account but they would make me feel like a criminal. At that time I had a legit job. My earnings were direct deposited into my account, so it’s not like I was depositing cash every time into my bank account. More than one occasion I felt like a criminal when I would take out cash like $2000 or $3000. I understand banks have policies and they need to ask a customer why are you taking out this cash but you don’t need to make the person feel like a criminal to do so”
“Mortgage team was a pleasant to work with especially Hoa Nguyen he was very professional and kind throughout the process. He got me to closing within 29 days. One bank declined me but wsfs approved me they will get the job done. He deserve 10 stars for doing an excellent job and being super supportive.”
“After my horrible experience at the 1000 Rocky Run Chase Bank ,with the 40 minutes trying to pay my $32.00 bill I finally came to this bank. Employees were up to par and new what they were doing. The manager was friendly and took my complaint about the incident. It appears to me this manager is doing a fabulous job.”

“I love this place. I've been banking there for years. They know you by name and spend a lot of time with you reviewing options when it comes to taking out a loan. The credit card rate can't be beat. They've even called me when a payment was late to see if I want to pay it over the phone. You get to speak with real people, not just recordings. We've had several car loans and an equity loan through them. Their rates are very competitive.”
“I want to say when I first came I was very apprehensive but once I sat down and talked with Yvonne I could tell she was very experienced definitely a people person. Her knowledge was so greatly appreciated being in an office like that you have to be able to juggle one to be personable two to be grounded three to be informative and definitely organized and all of that showed am really thankful that I have come to Sun East. I needed a credit union and I believe I found my home.”

Fast forward less than a year later and due to an unforeseen incident, i needed an emergency loan. Dexta came through again.
