“Left 2 sticks we needed restrung with very specific instructions to have them restrung exactly the way the old one was, with a mesh strip. Picked them up and they were strung with lock pockets not mesh . Leaving for school in the morning as college season starts so no recourse. Nothing offered as compensation. No solution . Just a shrug and a ‘ sorry about that’ . No wonder their other store closed . You can not do business this way . Very disappointing. ADDENDUM-After calling and asking for a Manager, they did the right thing and TINA (the manager )had me bring in the sticks and they restrung them and shipped them to my daughter. Thank you for making this right .”

“I want to shout Mark out ? I believe he is the store manager. He went above and beyond to help me track my package that was delivered to another location. I went to the location where it was delivered 2x and they couldn't even help ?. He was nothing but professional, polite and very empathetic to my situation. When you receive customer service like this you can't help but to come back. Thank you again Mark for all your help. Not only did you help me out but you put a smile on my daughter's face and that's what matters to me the most.”
