“Dr. Campos and her colleague Kenya are truly a gift from heaven. I have an elderly cat - Niko (18 yrs old) who's extremely difficult in getting to the vet. He vomits and deficates on himself each vet visit. I decided to explore in-home vet visits with Dr. PETLOVER/Dr. Campos... So glad I did. Dr. Campos and her team were wonderful. They were gentle and caring with Niko. (He's currently being monitored for his thyroid and renal disease.) Dr. Campos is very knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldnt trust my senior cat with anyone else. I myself am more relaxed n less stressed with the in-home visits (and that is worth it).”
“My cat had to have an eye removed after a severe infection that wouldn't clear up. It’s been almost a year since his surgery at this hospital, and I’m so happy to share that he is completely healed, thriving, and back to his happy self. Thank you to the doctor and staff!”

“We’ve now had our third visit to this office and can only say that add Catalina and the entire staff are compassionate, courteous, high knowledgeable and caring. Two weeks ago our Dutch bunny was acting “off” and being now 10 years young - that’s like 2 million in bunny years- we called the clinic for a check up. Although Dr Cataldis schedule was packed, he made accommodation to fit us in. What a lucky break. Had we not made the appointment we’d be having a different conversation. Turns out our bunny had a nasty gash on his privates which had gotten infected, was inflamed and obviously extremely painful. The Dr and staff cleaned , disinfected and treated the nasty wound with prescient great care. We left with the needed meds and supplies to maintain a regimen and within 24 hours our bunny was back in business.
Long review- yes, but needed to explain how even went above and beyond to accommodate us and help heals our small family member. The cost was very reasonable and since then we’ve had one follow up and have another scheduled soon for a final check.

Clifton Animal Hospital was more than what we were looking for. Not only were they super kind and friendly with my dog who was nervous. “The best animal hospital on Staten Island, hands down! Dr Lynn and Dr Salemi did everything they could to take care of my baby boy. They listened without judgement and gave me honest advice that aligned with what we needed, (NOT like most other places that offer things you don’t actually need for money). The front desk people (ALL OF THEM) are incredibly kind and helpful- they always helped me right away with a happy tone no matter how busy they were. “I took my cat here for what I thought would be her shots. Before the appointment, they asked for her previous vet information and gathered all of her records, which I really appreciated. The scheduling process was easy, and they even sent a questionnaire to get to know my cat better before the visit.
They took us in on time, and the doctor seemed experienced, caring, and professional. Overall, the service and communication were very good.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. It turned out my cat was not due for her shots, so the visit ended up being only a wellness exam, and I was charged $140. I understand veterinary care can be expensive, but I found that high for a wellness exam without vaccines.
Overall, good experience and caring staff, but the fees are definitely on the expensive side.”

“This was my first visit with my dog, George, and i had a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff and the veterinarian Dr. Jacob Pollock gave us such a warm welcome. George is very shy and nervous around new people, but everyone was so patient, gentle, and kind with him. They made him feel comfortable and treated him with so much care. “Dr. Jennings is a straight shooting, honest vet, and reasonably priced with TOP NOTCH pet care. A vet that DOESN’T upsell and take advantage of loving pet owners. They will not make you paranoid, they won’t convince you to take unnecessary and expensive actions. I drive a half hour out of my way to take my dogs here. LOVE THEM.”
“Physical therapy dept with Tim was amazing. My Angel went 3 x aweek, because she couldn't walk with her back legs. We did water therapy and lazer treatments. Everyone there was outstanding. Unfortunately I lost my Angel 2/28/25. I just came back for the Christmas tree ornaments on 12/1 a beautiful ceremony. Thank you Carolyn & Alan Spoto”

“Both Dr. Katz and Dr. Dziedzic are phenomenal vets who are thorough and compassionate in their care. They always took the time to address my concerns at the end of a visit, I never felt rushed, and they were willing to work within my limited budget.
My cat had an undiagnosable case of seizures (don't know the root cause), and Drs Katz & Dziedzic worked together for 5 years to help make sure we managed the condition. I will always be grateful for their consideration! I would have continued coming here if I didn't move.
Tests can be pricey (for example you can get free or discounted vaccines at other places), but the pricing is fairly standard, and I was willing to pay for the quality of service.”

Joy needed emergency surgery, and as a pet parent, I was absolutely terrified and overwhelmed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and informative. They took the time to explain what was happening, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what Joy needed every step of the way.
What meant so much to me was that I was never asked for money upfront before they treated her. They focused on taking care of Joy and making sure she received the emergency care she needed. At a time when I was already scared and emotional, that kindness meant more to me than I can put into words.”

“From start to finish, this office is a phenomenal opportunity for pets and their humans! Starting wth Dawn at reception, to Christina, then to Dr. Ruiz our Ophelia was treated like a queen. She’s normally “spicy “ and I warned Dawn about it, and she reassured me they’re used to it! We brought “Miss Baby Ma’am” into the exam room and Christina and Dr. Ruiz worked their magic! Doc was able to give “Baby Ma’am” her distemper booster as well as her antibiotic. They are so kind and caring for all their patients and they will see Ophelia again! We were expecting a “used car payment “ bill at the end, and I was in shock it was less than what I expected!”
“We can't recommend Village Animal Clinic highly enough. Our cat needed a dental appointment and a possible extraction. Annie at the front desk was kind and friendly and was also great at communicating everything we needed to know. They gave us an estimate that showed the low to high range of possible final prices. The work was done wonderfully and they shared before and after pictures with us. That alone would have earned a recommendation, but the fact that their pricing is excellent seals the deal. Our previous vet had quoted us almost SIX TIMES what we ended up paying at Village Animal Clinic. The treatment and attention to both our cat at to us could not have been better. “I can honestly say that I have never trusted a veterinarian as much as I trust Dr. Levine. He is incredibly caring and compassionate, and he always takes the time to explain what is going on, answer questions, and make sure you understand all of your options.
What stands out to me most, though, is his honesty and integrity. I have never once felt that he would recommend a test, procedure, or treatment unless he truly believed it was necessary and in the best interest of my pet. That kind of ethical, thoughtful care is incredibly reassuring, especially when you are making decisions for an animal you love so much.
It is very rare to find someone whose medical judgment you trust completely and who you also know genuinely cares about your pet. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr Levine and cannot recommend him highly enough.”
