“In my opinion, Dr Campos is a rock star. I had two VERY sick pups. She got me in a few hours later after I contacted her. She took copious notes and came prepared. She had contacted my regular vet and got their records before she came here.She is highly skilled in her profession. I can’t think of a vet that contacts me every day since she was here to ask how they are progressing. No one does that! She does! EVERY day her assistant texts for updates. Dr Campos is the real deal! She’s in the right profession. Highly intelligent, caring and loving to our pets. She is a true professional .NO, I was not ever prompted or paid to write this review.”

“I can’t say enough how amazing, compassionate and genuine the staff is. This morning we had to put down our beloved guinea pig. He was 9 years old and it was time.The staff went above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Explained everything they were going to do beforehand with kindness and caring. My 14 year old daughter was distraught and the staff was so kind and thoughtful. They did impressions of his paws, gave us some of his fur, and a bag of goodies as we left.This is the second time we had to go to this vet to put a piggie down. Both times they were just wonderful to us during an awful time. The price for all services was very fair, they didn’t try to upsell us on memorial merchandise, and gave a discount because our piggie was in such bad shape. I definitely did not feel like I got ripped off in my time of grief, and I have had that experience at other places over the years.I highly recommend this practice for your small animals. Thank you to everyone involved with my sweet Peanut’s transition. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“We have always had a pleasant experience with staff at both locations! Front desk readily answers the phone. I’ve never had too long of a wait. They provide complimentary nail trims which is always a great bonus with a fussy pup ? Our dog is also always nervous to go to the vet and can sometimes snap. The vets are very patient and understanding of her. Our dog always leaves in a better mood than when she came in. I’ve included a picture of our dog in their “happy hat.” For the safety of both the dog and vet of course.”

“Today was our last visit at WOAH, and it would be an understatement to say that we will miss it (we are moving well out of the area). From the doctors and technicians to the front desk staff, we have never not been impressed by the extraordinary care given to our dog, Gus. Gus has required a bit of attention during his first three years – he's a power chewer and eater! – and they have treated him as if he were their own dog. They offered to let me have more time with her inside( I couldn't). They actually came out to my car to get her in her cage where she had passed. The care and professionalism of the staff is awesome.this thanksgiving was a hard one kaya had two tumors removed a malignent and a non-malignent. “I wanted to thank everyone who was at Madison Animal Hospital yesterday June 14 and around 630pm, I had an appointment scheduled for my hamster to come in for a wellness check on the 23rd and last night things got worse for my little Peach. I called and pressed one for emergency and whomever I spoke to (I was a hysterical mess) calmed me and and told me to come down asap which I am so grateful and thankful for! Again thank you for that. Come to find out my little hammy was very very sick, paralyzed from a tumor she developed. I don't remember anyone's name because It all happened so fast but I want to thank the Vet who found Peaches issues and all the girls who talked to me, calmed me down, reassured me I was a great pet owner. I was devastated that all this happened to my Peach within hours. All the staff at Madison Animal Hospital are so sweet and so kind and they literally were so helpful and helped me make the right decisions on what to do with my baby. I'm thinking people are gonna think I'm crazy for crying hysterical over a hamster, but the staff there knew I loved Peaches with all my hear and kept telling me I wasn't crazy and she was more than just my pet. The front desk receptionist even put out a sign and lit those battery candles for Peaches. Thank you again for everyone that helped me and helped Peaches crossover rainbow bridge . I will never forget how professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and just amazing humans that work in this Animal Hospital.
