“I just love this place! My mother's cat wasn't feeling well and it was a Saturday and I called several different places and no one would see us. I called TouchStone and even though they didn't have any appointments, they said to bring the cat in.Everyone there was extremely nice! Dr. Mostowy examined the cat and said she had an abcess that needed to be lanced which she did and took really great care in doing so. The vet tech Kristin did a great job keeping the cat calm throughout the whole process.They didn't push any unnecessary testing which most places do and they didn't even charge me an emergency visit fee. I will definitely be using this place to treat my cats in the future.”

Dr. Chiosi would not leave until all my questions were answered and before he left, he would summarize our visit just in case anything was missed. “I'd like to send a Shout Out to 4 Paws Animal Hospital especially Dr. Darren Wasserstein. I'm not sure if everyone understands the devotion and love one can have for their fur babies. They really become members of the family and are part of your life during good times and bad. Unfortunately, a senior dog begins to need more medical care to keep them healthy and even then, there can be setbacks. Our dog, Ryder began to have heart issues, some seizures and the development of a cough. Nothing has been life threatening, but it has become a trying task to stabilize him. We have been using Dr. Weisenstein for over 30 years. First in Freehold and now at Four Paws as one of the owners. His communication with me has been ongoing; touching base with me on how his day has been. He has been calling me at least two times a week and returning my calls even on his days off. If not for Dr. Weisenstein, we would be scurrying around in a maze not knowing which ailment to approach as the culprit for the day. Right now, Ryder is on a cocktail of meds; tweaking here and there. These tweaks are due to the communication skills this wonderful vet has created with us, the devoted owners. Ryder has no idea how the compassion and skill of his doctor has given him more life to live, and for us to continue to share our lives with him. I highly recommend Dr. Weisenstein at Four Paws.”

“Cant find anything bad to say! I had called a few weeks ago when I had an emergency with my dog and they were able to take me in the same day ( Not being a previous client) with no issues at all. Arriving there frazzled with my dog I had forgotten to bring his records from the previous vet and they had no problem reaching out and obtaining them on their own. Not only did they provide great service and peace of mind that day, I had called a few days later concerned that my dog wasn't getting better, Even after the staff confirming it was going to take time Dr. Bach allowed me to come in and examine my pup again just to put MY nerves to rest. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians even the office manager were all a pleasure to speak to. Will definitely be back and will be referring out to friends and family in need!”

“This office is a smaller branch of the practice. I usually take my dog to Raritan Animal Hospital but took her to this office to see the same vet we had seen before for my dog's condition. This office is much smaller and less busy, which was nice for both my dog and for me. The tech was extremely kind and did her best to put us both at ease. I wish I had gotten her name and hope to see her again next time we're there. Dr. Mills is great as well and took time to answer my questions.”

“I have been coming to this animal hospital for over 40 years back when it was on Oak Tree Road. It has changed management but not it's mission. I have always received exceptional caring service for three dogs and six cats. The doctors are caring and responsive. They follow up on every issue and explain all treatment and prices before service. I get phone calls and followup messages ( better than my own MD). The assisting staff is gentle and efficient. The front desk is responsive and accommodating. If I had to seek emergency service they always followed up with me the next day. Clean and efficient facility . I understand not everyone has a positive experience but I have never had a negative one.”

“This week was probably one of the hardest weeks for my family and I. Our beloved Tink (who was tiny but mighty) took her final breaths. Dr Sulner and staff were so caring and supportive. Throughout the years Dr Sulner has been amazing, even after another vet gave us a false diagnosis and almost killed our baby. Today we hugged and cried. We new it was time but she fought so hard. Tink loved Dr Sulner (not very often where a dog will give her vet kisses,) she passed on her own at the office. We couldn't thank Dr. Sulner enough for all that she has done for my pups, especially Tink throughout the years. She truly cares, is honest, and goes above and beyond. If you are looking for an amazing vet, this is her! Thank you again to Dr. Sulner and all of her amazing staff. Our family will always consider you a part of our family for all you have done.”

“We like the Clinic overall and in particular the veterinarian. He is knowledgeable yet practical. Many vets push textbook diagnosis and treatment plans as well as treat medication like a standalone profit center. He considered the condition, age and history of our older dog and gave us some practical advice. However, the office operations need some work. They appear to overbook leaving pets and owners sitting in the parking lot for excessive amounts of time. This can cause already present anxiety and discomfort with the pet. They also could improve "triage" to appointments. A pet getting a simple vaccination shouldn't be stuck in a queue with more complicated cases. But, again, we would recommend to others. Just be prepared for delays.”
