They opened it and said that one of the cables were loose. And they tighten it up. I asked them how much they said. It's ok. And that they did not do much. Very respectful.”

I can pay my bill online using the app, so the only times I've gone into the store have been the three times I've upgraded my phones, Honestly, the service people have been nothing but helpful in the store. “The service representative Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The service representative on the phone was uneducated and gave this man an extremely hard time. He is so well versed with his knowledge on Metro technology that he had to coach the reps on the phone regarding how to do job. He was very professional with me. It was 15 mins before closing and he worked on my phone for hours. I haven’t met a person with that sort of work ethic in any customer service experience in a very long time. I’m so impressed. He is an asset to MetroPCS and it would benefit this company to hold onto him and give the man a raise!!”

“Excellent customer service I appreciate it the not sure if he was a manager and wish I remembered his name but he helped me change my phone plan from Xfinity to a T-Mobile customer finally yes I’m saying finally lol it’s been a while and let me know what deals ya had offer in the store and make sure I had apple care on my iPhone and even though was in their for an hour because of Xfinity I enjoyed the conversations and had us laughing and love that he mentioned the T-Mobile Tuesdays I have been waiting on and now I finally can join every Tuesday for the discount look out lol but I appreciate it so much and glad to be a T-mobile customer!!!!!”
