Worth every penny!! Dr. Jennifer was amazing - treated me with respect and was always so encouraging. My issue was resolved and I felt better than I had even anticipated. I cannot recommend her enough!

I have been to several physical therapy establishments in Monmouth and Ocean Counties and found Inner Dynamics in Toms River to be the best one that I have ever attended. The staff is personable and attentive. Both Jaime and Rose focus on each person who walks through their door as if that person was a very special person.

Our PTs excel at evaluating a patient's entire body to determine the driver of pain or dysfunction. We treat bowel and bladder issues, pelvic, hip, and low back pain, pre/post partum, diastasis recti, as well as other chronic conditions. With our one-on-one philosophy, we believe in treating the whole person and creating a safe place where everyone belongs and leaves with confidence in a better, healthier tomorrow.
