“Well let me start by saying I'm from Alabama and hate that I can't pick this place up and take it with me . From the service ,presentation, to the quality it's top tier. I had a burger from Cj's burgers (one of the best burgers I have ever had) also my husband and I shared a family meal with the whole chicken, ribs, seasoned vegetables, and roasted potatoes. My oh my you talking bout good eating the meat texture and flavor was superb and artistically prepared. New Jersey is blessed to have this jewel in their city.....thanks for such a great experience ? Everyone is kind, polite and very professional. Huge selection of Mediterranean and African grocery & spices. Beef and lamb sausage made with Mediterranean spices is my favorite. “If you're polish you will find everything you may need here - just like back home. Including some cosmetics, magazines and medicines. Selection is huge for a pretty small place. Meats, cheeses and cold cuts are top quality. They also have hot food which is way better than in most Polish restaurants in the area. Selection includes soups and desserts. “This store is really special, and has easily grown into one of my top three favorite spots in Montclair. It certainly has the feel of days gone by in all the best of ways. The food is fresh, they have an immaculate menu of sandwiches (and this includes for vegetarians!) and ready-mades. They also have a really fantastic, specialized selection of dried pastas, snacks, sauces, jams, etc. My husband and I went for the first time earlier this month and we were really blown away by this gem. The staff and (who I presumed to be) the owner are courteous, clearly work hard, and are friendly. I asked for several different sandwiches, half a pound of their homemade turkey breast, and some premades, and it seemed to be during a rush hour. I had a question about their selections, and while the staff that was helping me didn't know the answer, she didn't blow over it and instead made sure to check with the owner. This was in the middle of rush hour and there was a strong and consistent line of people; the owner, in spite of all the running around and multitasking, made sure to get me an answer and responded in such a kind and friendly way. It really made me nostalgic for more specialty stores that are run by actual people instead of a generic, mass marketed, one stop capitalist shop. Truly, Rosario's reinforces the ideology of 'shop local.' Highly recommend!”

“I am updating my post. I received my items and the delay was due to supply delay. I not only received my items and received a credit for out of stock items. American Butcher sent me some extra goodies for my trouble. I will be ordering from them again really soon!! I highly recommend the steakhouse burgers and of course the Thuman hot dogs!!! It's like having a little of Jersey in Florida!!I have ordered in the past and had no issues at all. Great service and products!!! I placed an order on 1/31 and have yet to receive my order. I sent an email and was told the order was lost by FedEx and a reship was being sent with an additional item for my troubles . That order was never shipped out. I followed up with emails and also sent message on FB. No response!! I don’t want to dispute with Amex but unfortunately I feel like I have no choice!! I would rather have my order. I understand that things happen but the lack of communication is what is so troubling. Very disappointing.”

“Good food and large selection, but grabbing food with barehand? I don’t care if you are Italian or from mars, in 2023 people use plastic or paper. Fast service depending on the time and the amount of employees that day. Overall is a great place to get custom or handmade food. The place is well maintained and clean. I would def recommend it.”

Walking in, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who took the time to teach me about the different flavors and textures of the jerky this place offered.
