I called M&C and while it was not something that they worked on, they were knowledgeable about what was needed and gave me a recommendation that finally worked out! “This location is INCREDIBLE! I was in the process of car shopping and had to pay out of pocket for a rental after the insurance company stopped paying. The prices are absolutely the best in the business, the cars are the newest and they are spotless! This location will be my go to for all my future needs as the process is not long drawn out waiting hassle its a simple in and out less then 15 minutes and your in a beautiful car n back on the road! The staff is extremely courteous and very sympathetic to any situation making sure the customer is never inconvenienced in anyway! “Not every site is the same but this specific location of Enterprise is the only rental company who CONSISTENTLY provides excellent service and clean rental vehicles. I say this because I have been renting vehicles for over 10 years now many states different companies. Eric, Mauri and Kevin helped me during my last 2 visits and wow they are an amazing team. They call me during appropriate times and always display professionalism. They answer all my questions have a positive attitude and make me feel comfortable every time I walk in. I am renting again from them and I feel safe and at easy knowing they will help take care of all of my rental vehicle needs. I would recommend them to my own grandma and she's tough to please. They deserve recognition for the amazing services they are providing and I hope they know that I am appreciative of it. “I’m going to be honest. Hertz stole 1,209 dollars from yes. It took us four days calling non stop for help. But they did give us most of it back. We are waiting on the rest.
