“Stopped in to see the owner to check out the damage from the tornado.it is apparent the shop took a direct hit. As of yesterday they still had no cable or internet which in today's world is essential.they have spent the last week cleaning up the shop and the neighbors yards .mark the owner has a bobcat type machine and he's been helping get the area cleaned up and safe.even though his building sustained major structural damage he's confident he will get thru this .good people doing what they can to help the neighborhood.i will be using marks car connection as soon as he's up and running..a local hero in my book!!!!!!!”

“I'm leaving this review mostly so I'm not at fault for the condition of the interior of this vehicle. I was so happy to get a bigger SUV that I drove off without properly looking at the interior.Long story short, I had to get a rental due to someone hitting my SUV. I was originally given a Rav4 hybrid which was uncomfortable, and too small for our needs. I came back to Enterprise to discuss getting a different vehicle with a newer Rogue in mind. They had just gotten a Honda Passport back and offered that to me, as it would still be covered by the insurance (and how these two vehicles are in the class is beyond me). Since I drive an Acura, I went with the Passport as I figured it would be familiar.The outside of the vehicle was washed and I thought I heard it being vacuumed, but as I drove away I started surveying the interior and realized it was pretty dirty. I also had clearly followed a smoker. I had to drive with the windows down to stop the nausea. I'm now on my way to Walmart or AutoZone to find something to get the smoke smell out. I work with Asthma and COPD patients, so smelling like smoke is a no go for me.I gladly would have waited another 30 minutes to an hour for this vehicle to be properly cleaned. I refuse to drive in dirty vehicles, so I'll begrudgingly spend the next hour or two cleaning the interior. I'm including pictures so I'm covered in case I can't get it spotless.As far as the staff, they've all been very pleasant and helpful! I just would've appreciated a cleaner interior or a heads up that, due to the quick flip, the interior would not be totally clean.”

The only thing I don't like, if you go in and tell them you need a car for five days the charge you for the five days.If everything works out that you only needed it for two days they'll take the car back but they won't give you a refund for three days you didn't need it.It dosent feel right. Atleast give you credit for another rental later on.”

“Not every site is the same but this specific location of Enterprise is the only rental company who CONSISTENTLY provides excellent service and clean rental vehicles. I say this because I have been renting vehicles for over 10 years now many states different companies. Eric, Mauri and Kevin helped me during my last 2 visits and wow they are an amazing team. They call me during appropriate times and always display professionalism. They answer all my questions have a positive attitude and make me feel comfortable every time I walk in. I am renting again from them and I feel safe and at easy knowing they will help take care of all of my rental vehicle needs. I would recommend them to my own grandma and she's tough to please. They deserve recognition for the amazing services they are providing and I hope they know that I am appreciative of it. I work hard for my money and for my personal time, the last thing I want is headaches getting a rental and I can guarantee you won't find that here. Thanks a lot everyone!”

“Found this place last min to book a vehicle for our family trip to Virginia. We used the 2022 Black GMC Terrain and it was an amazing ride, was fully loaded and while i own a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu it just was not big enough for us to drive 5.5hrs south and drive around then drive back home and be comfortable in so using Avis 2022 GMC Terrain was the perfect car for the trip. If you are looking for a place to rent last min and to me, a reasonable price, this is the place. Thank you for allowing us to use your vehicle for our trip, ill deff be coming back, we have a trip to NC in Aug so hope we can rent the same kind of veh then as well. Thanks.”

“Let me start off by saying the check in process was great. Staff was friendly and respectful. My husband and I took a vacation to WV in that rental. Overall the car was great for the entire trip. Later in our trip we experienced some issues. The car should have had an oil change prior, which it did not. My husband and I had to get an oil change during our vacation and we lost almost a day due to trying to find a place to get it done due to nothing being around. Prior to taking the rental back I spoke with staff who stated they would contact me Monday to see what they could do to help. The branch manager fixed the problem immediately and was super kind and helpful. She refunded a day and the oil change with her sincere apologizes. Despite the mistakes, they fixed the problem, didn't complain about it, and kept a loyal customer. Highly recommended for this location. My go to spot.”

“My family and I were in an auto accident on Friday night and were in need of a car to take my family of 6 back to Harrisburg, Pa. I arrive on a Saturday morning and right away spot a Mini-Van and feeling good. Go inside to learn that most of the 6+ passenger vehicles have been booked for the day. Fortunately we had the manager Sam Pawlikowski there to assist. He heard my need and right away recommend I check the two pick up trucks. I checked and the one fit six, so I was back in business. I start the reservation process and before too long learn that I need to book online for a one way trip. In a hurry and not familiar with the one way process, Sam happily and quickly guided me through the process. He got us reserved and off the lot in what felt like minutes. After a long and stressful night I was thankful for Sam and his kindness in helping get me and my family home. If you’re in the area and need to rent a vehicle, you should put this Enterprise at the top of your list!”
