Conveniently the dealership dodged my calls for the 30-day repair window, and I was stuck finding someone to fix the problem and submit a claim for my warranty. I called close to closing time, and they got me in next day. I didn't think it would be an easy process, and figured no one would deal with the hassle of calling the dealership, but these guys were SO kind and reassuring. They let me know they would handle it, fixed the issue THAT DAY, and took care of filing the paperwork. Even checked in to make sure the car didn't give me any issues on my way to work. Didn't think I'd ever enjoy a visit to the mechanic. 10/10 FOR SURE!Service: Wheel alignment”

Worse, probably needed a whole new tire. They were incredibly nice, brought the car right back, said it was a nail and they were able to patch it up, was able to make it to work before my first class arrived, and the price for the fix was great. In addition to managing the tire area, I witness Caesar handle a store customer issue and aided her in retrieving her customer pick up order. Customer service is rare and anyone else would have told her it's not their area. Caesar is the best and one of the main reasons I wouldn't hesitate buying my tires from BJs.”
