“The refrigerator's freezer didn't work, and we needed to freeze ice packs EACH day in order to use them at night. That did NOT happen during our two-overnight stay. However, thestaffers (specifically Dan Sullivan (GM), and Cassie Zeng, were outstanding. Cassie made our potentially problematic stay delightful (and let us keep frozen foods in the kitchen refrigerator until we were ready for them). As vegans,we were disappointed with (a) limited options (we had hot oatmeal each morning with apples and bananas and craisins or raisings, and dried cereals with raisings and strawberries) and (b) the smell of lots of meat cooking (overwhelming) and (c) the lack of plantmilk for the 24.7 coffee (but Cassie Zeng volunteered to give us HER Chobani extra-thick-and-creamy oatmilk for our coffee (which made our potential disappointment into a great stay at this lodging.”

“Limited parking. Manager allowed me to park at the entrance as there were no spaces. This is now Comfort Inn. Needs some renovations, but we were able to get good rest as beds were comfy. Room was clean.”

“This is my go-to hotel in the area. I travel a lot staying in Marriott hotels. The Westin chain seems to be better than most of their properties for value priced hotels. Free breakfast buffet for high-status members.”

“This might have been the quietest hotel I have ever stayed. We were on floor 2 of 4 and we never heard anyone walking, showering, traffic or going in to their rooms. They had 3 different wedding parties (which we were not a part of) but we never felt like we were in the way entering and exiting. The front desk even gave us some laundry detergent for free. We would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Wife and I slept well, we stayed for two nights. The only complaint that can be made about room 344 ( second to last door on the top floor, right side of the building) is the flag pole. I sleep with earbuds, but could hear it during thr day. Something was hitting against the metal of the pole it was attached to. High winds yesterday, so that would explain it. Breakfast smelled great, like eggs and bacon kinda breakfast. Didn't try it, woke up to late. The older black gentlemen from Massachusetts who checked us in has a great sense of humor, love that guy.”

“If you are ever staying at this hotel DO NOT book the room 126 or and room close to it. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and EVERY and I mean EVERY morning at 4:00 am the hospitality staff was preparing for their day. I understand that they are doing their job but at the same time the guests are trying to sleep. It’s uncalled for and now I need to drive 7 hours very tired and drained. . I loved the hotel but still undecided if I’ll be back….”

“Manager is rude and cocky. Location is decent enough, no visible bugs although I'm sure they are some. Clean at first appearance with dirty corners etc. It's called sleep inn and they advertise great sleep however you will be rudely awoken at any hour of the morning they choose. Housekeeping is very loud, they don't take regard to occupied rooms and the vacuum is extremely loud. Also have your belongings at the door at 15 mins prior to checkout bc they will be standing there waiting for you and repeatedly knocking. Nothing like working night shift and being woken up multiple times on Your only day off to sleep in. And they also won't accomidate ADA. Stating is no handicap accessible rooms available. They do have them but aren't clean usable condition so if you need ada don't come here. Or if you like sleep and common decency don't come here.”

“Chose this hotel to stay in for the week of my daughter’s wedding nearby. I needed a 2 bedroom suite for my family. Hotel is a little out of date in how it is decorated, however, the beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and the team who works there are awesome! Liza, Amani, and Shawn at the front desk could not have been any friendlier, and the breakfast every morning was hot, with good choices! I will definitely be back to stay at this location again!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had always wanted to stay in a '70s love hotel, and my god these guys haven't changed it since the '70s I don't think! But the rooms are so incredible in their attention to detail, it's like they had an amazing set designer do them! We had so much fun, I was afraid that I was building it up too much in my head but absolutely not, it was even better than I imagined! Last year we stayed and Space Odyssey which was the coolest thing in the world, this year was ice cave which was also great but I don't know what would ever equal the space suite honestly... Anyway, we always tell people about it, so glad we found it, and it will always be our anniversary spot. We drive two and a half hours and couldn't be more worth it! Love love love love!!!Nearby activities: Love Steak 38 Cafe just steps away, and Jay's Elbow Room, a great dive bar that is also close by:)”

“This hotel was a five out of five! After getting here, I was sad that I was only here for one day! You walk in and you were greeted by the nicest hotel staff. They give you a key and you check into your room and it is beautiful! The bed was so comfortable, it was a nice amount of light in the room with two different shades that you can use, and the bathroom makes you feel like you're in a hotel mansion! The hotel is very clean, and such a luxurious experience! I wish I was a Marriott member so I could enjoy this luxury on every vacation! This was probably the best gym that I've been to a hotel! I am different machines and weights. It really helps me stay on my gym routine while being away from home. The price of this hotel was great too!”

“Excellent value for our family! The ground floor double suite was accessible, they gave us a pack and play and I was able to have oxygen delivered for my son. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and breakfast was delicious each morning. I truly appreciated how quiet the area was, it felt like the Poconos except you had access to malls and all major retailers. Nice beds and great pillows. I enjoyed my stay here.”

“Nothing to complain about regarding the room and the service. One thing to notice is that lots of ppl were hanging out at the hallway, just staring at you pulling car in, so that was a little weird. This is a pretty full place, expect a decent amount of guests.”

“Their customer service is amazing they really listen to your concerns as a customer , they also give a complimentary breakfast every day of your stay , you can put a sign on the door for privacy or put the sign so you can have your room serviced, they have a small gym, convenient places to shop , order , re-fill for gas ⛽️ but overall my experience has been great ?Rooms: The rooms are extremely clean and bed are comfortableSafety: The police do their rounds through the dayWalkability: Everything is close bout a 15 minute walkFood & drinks: Places for you to go eat in or take out even order in”

“The front desk staff was kind, courtious, friendly and welcoming. She also helped us with finding shopping and restaurants in the area. The rooms are very large with our own exit door next to the outdoor pool area. They only serve a continental breakfast which was better than most. My only 2 gripes was that the bathroom floor was dirty and the bed frame is made out of the loudest metal I've ever heard. The bathroom was in need of a good broom and mop. Easy check in, easy check out. I recommend this place.Nearby activities: Skeeter bar and grille”

“I am surprised by the bad reviews at this location. My wife and I have been here since July 7th, due to water damage at our home. We are very happy with everything here. Everyone at the front desk has been great. The room is clean and comfy, bathroom and AC are fine. Our microwave went out at 10am, and it was replaced by 3pm.The head maintenance man was on top of everything. We told him the bathroom light went out, he replaced it in 10 minutes. I have recommended this hotel to others, and will be happy to stay here again.”

“The rooms we were in could use a fresh coat of paint and the TV stand was missing a top drawer other then that it was fine. The gentleman in the office when I checked in was really nice and the price was not bad at all considering it was Thanksgiving. We didn't see any bugs at all during our stay and there wasn't people hanging outside yelling like other places we've stayed at. The room had a small fridge in it and there was a microwave in the office that everyone can use 24/7 they also have venting machines so you don't have to worry about going to the store if you want a quick snack. There is a wawa a couple doors down that you could grab anything you might need. I would definitely come back here for the price and the owner being so polite.Rooms: Huge king size bed a little to firm for me but it didn't stop me from having a decent night's restSafety: No one was outside yelling or knocking on random doors like other places I've visitedWalkability: There's a wawa a couple doors down that you can walk to. Not sure what else is around there as I didn't leave the room once I checked inFood & drinks: They have a microwave in the main office customers can use they also have venting machines stocked with plenty of different snacks.”

“I had my mom stay here around New Years. (I live close by). Price was not great but her stay was good. She said her room was immaculate and stocked fully. Her only remarks were concerning the lobby which looks like a construction zone and thought the rugs and walls in the hallways and stairwells should be updated and could use a new coat of paint. Staff was very accommodating and nice with the exception of a woman at the front desk that seemed to be bothered. Having worked for Holiday Inn for many years I know that the front desk employee should be smiling and friendly (even if you're feeling bothered). That can make or break ur decision to stay since there are other hotel options all around.”

“Once we opened the door to our room, it was like we interrupted the greatest roach party that ever existed. Roaches were crawling from the dresser and out of the drains. The room looked clean, but roaches are a no for me!”
