“This was my first time at Holiday Inn Express in Voorhees. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spotless and very comfortable! There was also a very nice buffet breakfast in the morning with a combination of hot and cold choices. Free parking and WIFI as well. I will definitely be back!”

I am huge inspector of anywhere or place I rest my head, and I was not going to book a room here after reading every review. However, I am so glad that I didn’t listen to all the nonsense. This hotel was spotless & we stayed in 2 different rooms, on 2 different floors. The staff was veryyyy accommodating & pleasant. I would stay here over & over again !!! My fiance was even asked to fix their current HVAC unit, which supplies the AC in their lobby area, so that will be fixed soon enough !!! The AC/heat worked in the room, veryyy well. So unless you’re planning to sleep in the lobby, I don’t see how people are giving low reviews for an area you’re only in to check in & out. Also, breakfast was awesome too !! It’s a shame that individuals are as negative as they are nowadays.”

“Rooms were great, location was easy to find, property looked very well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, awesome job on upkeeping. Only take away from this spot is getting proper communication from the front desk staff.

Spent 20 years in Vegas hotels and casinos and know hospitality. The front desk staff definitely greeted you well but when asking any questions, you are given a blank look or a quick 'I'll look into it' - smile drops very fast. Got the same reaction from multiple front desk staff members on very simple questions.

Great property and rooms, just front desk staff needs to brush up on hospitality training.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn Turnersville. The service was excellent from start to finish. I checked in on the mobile app and it was so easy and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, however Room # 303 the bathroom door didn’t close all the way but overall, the amenities were great. If I may suggest the Eggs weren’t the best so maybe switching to Scramble Eggs and leaving the cheese out due to anyone who is lactose intolerance. All in All I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to others and I'd be back!”

“Thanks for a great stay. I was a near 1am arrival, I messaged the hotel ahead of time to ask if they’d turn my air to the lowest setting (I like to sleep in a very cold room). This was accommodated without hesitation, which is why I’m a Hilton loyalist. The room was also very spacious for a Hampton Inn, clean, and quiet despite being fully sold out. 10/10, would stay here again if in the area.”

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jackie, whose hospitality set the tone for our celebration. I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our birthdays, and to our delight, Jackie surprised us with an upgrade to a suite. She even called our room shortly after to ensure we had settled in comfortably, especially since it was a new addition to the building.

Jackie’s recommendations for local restaurants were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious, adding a special touch to our celebration. Later that evening, she checked in with us again to make sure our stay was comfortable and to see if we needed any additional pillows.

The next morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Luisa, who promptly responded to my request to warm the pool, since we are still recovering from the ice storm. The facility was impeccably clean, peaceful, and the breakfast was nothing short of amazing.

Our stay concluded with a smooth checkout process, thanks to Caitlin. She even provided a brief tour of the conference room after I inquired about holding a business event there, which was very helpful.

Thank you once again to the entire staff for your warm hospitality and for making our birthdays so memorable. Your exceptional service and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable.

“Everyone there was amazing all the staff friendly did whatever they could for you. The young man at check-in was super friendly. Think he owns the place or his family does would do anything he possibly could for you the free breakfast waffles bagels, white toast, wheat toast, cereals, jelly, cream cheese, and fresh fruit was all delicious. The bananas were fresh every day. You know how some bananas the places let them go for a while and they start turning brown not this place anyway it’s the little things that matter.”

“This place is such a hidden GEM!!! My hubby and I were on leave before he gets stationed in Cali and I to Florida so it will be so this is very special vacation for us. We did the Natural Cave and King Tut. Omg, both were marvelous and so perfect for fun and romantic couples time. I suggest going to Lush first to get some fun bath stuff lol, the Jacuzzi is such a nice size. My husband is a 6’2 man, I’m 5’2 and we both fit perfectly into the tub without feeling like sardines. My biggest thing when choosing a hotel, especially with Jacuzzi, is hygiene and this place for us, was spotless and obviously cleaned well before we came. That have a seal on the toilet so you know for sure it was cleaned and not used before you came, tub was well cleaned, floors obviously vacuumed, and bed was clean too. They were so nice about us adding on a night too. They didn’t inconvenience us at all, they let us move over same time so we didn’t have to wait for the other room. I love the welcoming pricing and rooms. My only suggestion would be that this place needs to be advertised more lol. All these years, my mom drove by and thought this was a sleep study place 😂 I can’t wait for us to try this place again. We want to try just about all of the them, especially the Tahitian and the Sailor one, being we are both Sailors it’s only fitting 😂 I asked one of the front desk workers which was their fave to stay in or something when I was comparing but she couldn’t give me a full answer because apparently they can’t stay in the rooms. I used to work in a hotel and we were actually encouraged to stay once in a while so we could really advertise to the guest and give a genuine opinion for our love of the place. That would be my last suggestion, let them stay once in a while so they can describe things for themselves too. Like a waitress knowing her menu. “The bathroom is tight and had rust on some of the metal fixtures. The room itself was clean and matched the description exactly.
The continental breakfast and free parking made this an affordable option for my family.
We only stayed one night. If you truly are staying for a few days it would be great to have the full kitchen and other amenities that we didn’t use.
Easy to get on and off the highway, yet still felt safe enough in the neighborhood.
There was an issue where I got the wrong room, but the hotel staff corrected it immediately and apologized. Overall, I would say this is a good option for a Philadelphia adjacent trip.”

“On a general business trip with 1 of my partners, love the fact that it's not too loud and rowdy here, however, this place could use more maintenance men and women to keep up with routine maintenance services, such as landscaping, HVAC and filters along with updated bathrooms, energy efficient appliances for conservation purposes, curtain rods & room decor, I also recommend a kitchen or dining area so visitors (like myself) do not have to leave the room for their meal breaks and a gym to utilize for physical/mental activity purposes. Great hotel, they just need some updates.”

“I had my mom stay here around New Years. (I live close by). Price was not great but her stay was good. She said her room was immaculate and stocked fully. Her only remarks were concerning the lobby which looks like a construction zone and thought the rugs and walls in the hallways and stairwells should be updated and could use a new coat of paint. Staff was very accommodating and nice with the exception of a woman at the front desk that seemed to be bothered. Having worked for Holiday Inn for many years I know that the front desk employee should be smiling and friendly (even if you're feeling bothered). That can make or break ur decision to stay since there are other hotel options all around.”

Bar area very nice although I didn’t have any drinks I did check it out but I give my room a 5 out of 5.although my lock box is locked, bed could have been a tad bit neater and no ice bag. being as though I work in housekeeping and in very particular about my rooms. The bathroom is spectacular.my housekeeper really put effort into this room.. exactly what I was expecting.no note pad with name so I cannot give a personal thank you note but I will be sure to leave a very nice too tip at the front desk for room 704. Normally, I take pictures and do a video that I put on my YouTube channel. I didn't do any of this. My mistake was that I wasn't really in the mood this time. I was trying to save money, and that's why I chose this place. I normally use Comfort Inn or Sleep Inn of the CHOICE brands when doing registrations on the Choice App. Those two brands were over $115 per day. Sure, everything is much better, and you have a great hot breakfast there, too. I was simply here at Econo Lodge to avoid even worse locations had I stayed in the Webster, Massachusetts area over the weekend. It was the lesser of two evils.

The noise and weed smells were present from the usual suspects I share DNA with. Luckily, the smells weren't so bad due to the incliment weather and winds. The standard arguments with loud yelling and cursing took place on Sunday, which happened to be the last day I was there. You get what you pay for, and I knew the risks.

The family/relatives are in charge of cleaning, and I think they do a decent job. The floors don't get wet mopped, and I'm not entirely sure if they are changing pillowcase covers. Mine were suspect. However, if you need fresh supplies, they will gladly take care of you.

Overall, if I was presented with the same situation again, I would stay here. The value is worth the stay if you're prepared.
