“After a condescending experience at a different mattress retailer in Sewell, NJ, my wife and I went to this location looking for a new affordable king size mattress and box spring for our bedroom. It was here that we had a fun and friendly experience with Joe -a representative who usually works at the Deptford store, but was filling in for the day. Joe was a breath of fresh air. He listened, was understanding, and extremely helpful. He walked us through the selection process (which was awesome!) and we left there knowing we made the right decision. Ivan was great and very friendly on the phone. He told me he had to order our couch and it could take 2 weeks but it could be sooner. 3 days later we got a call to set up delivery for the next day!! Luis and Fabian were amazing themselves! They got the couch up the stairs, set up and cleaned up all in less than 10 minutes flat. Overall, I will be ordering from them again! “We went to the Voorhees store and worked with Andrew. He was extremely knowledgeable of all products, and was very helpful in offering ideas and being patient through our decision process. We purchased a sofa and loveseat and needed an accent chair. He had suggested that we special order from the swatches that the store had to offer. It worked out perfect as the chairs that we saw in the store were not exactly what we wanted. We picked out a fabric that compliments our leather sofa and loveseat we purchased. We highly recommend this store location and ask for Andrew! We are looking forward to receiving all of our merchandise.”
