“We love this pet market! I frequent both the Clinton and Bedminster locations and am always amazed at how kind, generous, helpful, knowledgeable and warm the staff are. We have a senior small dog and I recently took a huge protocol printed email from the holistic vet to the Clinton store where Sean (I’m pretty sure that is his name) was beyond patient with me and held my hand through the process of figuring out not only which foods to buy ( it was a very confusing list!) but also which remedies for a complex skin issue. Both stores are packed with only the best/ highest quality foods, remedies, treats and toys. Also, I love their rewards program! Getting that surprise $5 reward always makes me smile! I’m just so grateful for this resource. Love them!!! ❤😊🥰”

“I can't say enough good things about this company and their product. I had a difficult case that needed a custom tarsal support and ordering it and the delivery were fast and easy. When I made a mistake with one of the measurements I was able to call and someone answered the phone immediately and guided me through the return process. I was able to have the product altered and shipped back to me within a week. This company has the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. I will absolutely being use them again for future rehab cases.”
“I ran out of the only catfood my cat will eat...we've tried to give her alternatives to Walmart Rachel Ray's before, but it's as addictive as junk food to her. And I let her run out, got the pleading text, and absolutely did not want to go to Walmart on a freezing Saturday. But- Barkley's.was.right.next.to.me.
The staff and owner hooked me up with a similar flavor profile of a much healthier brand, and made sure to set it up so that I could get a full refund if she didnt like it
MY 4 year old cat? Turned into a kitten. She plays. She hunts. She chases. We mixed it into her regular food to get her used to it- added benefit, she no longer overeats and gets sick, because she's more cautious- but her coat is glossy, and she is chonky but active and obviously much happier.
So grateful to this store, staff and owners for indulging in my skepticism and a@uaging my furmom guilt. I trust them as much as I trust my vet, at this point. Or my pediatrician. Picture of the cat and her kitten.”
“This local pet store is my go to for my 3 pups & kitty. Great selection of food, treats, toys & necessities. IF they don’t have an item, Alice(owner)will order it. Best part of my bi-weekly visit$ there is James being so friendly, helpful & accommodating. I always have a story with 3 crazy pups & he listens, cares & is so personable. “I love going to this store with my kids. It's in a good location and has ample parking. I went today because I was looking into getting a new 20 gallon tank, filter, light, heater, accessories, etc... but rarely is there a salesperson available to help. I walked around for about 30 minutes, but left more confused and didn't make a purchase. I will order online instead.”
