“My dog had cluster seizures, and two Philadelphia emergency rooms for pets turned him away because I couldn't pay. This hospital told me it doesn't matter bring them in and we'll make something work for you. I tried carecredit and I still wasn't approved but they still see my dog gave him the medicine he needs and saved his life the staff were great they even called me the next day to check on him to make sure he was doing okay and told me no matter what even if I can't pay make sure I bring him in never let an animal suffer because of unwillingness to pay. Honestly they care about the animals!! I really can't even say nothing bad about them only good reviews completely”

I love that it’s a cat only place since I’m not sure how my cat would react to being near dogs in a vet office! For being a smaller practice(I.e. not a chain such as VCA etc) I figured their prices might be be higher but they really aren’t. Altogether I was there for about 35 minutes, which included an X-ray and a diagnosis from Dr. Sevola. Julia explained the treatment, medications and next steps clearly. Compassionate, mindful of your time and we will definitely be coming here in the future.”

But it exists, and if your furry family member needs it, this is the place to go. Definitely a Total Wellness center - our dog's life is going to be so much improved after using WAG. I'm kind of oversimplifying it, but they are really knowledgeable about all aspects of what your pet needs, from the aforementioned physical therapy to proper medications or surgery, to both home treatments and in gym exercises. And they are very aware and glad to discuss the costs which is wonderful in Any medical situation. A top-notch staff and facility- highly recommend it!”

“Yes, the building is older. I like wood - it "feels" warm and inviting. The ceiling is high, and the room is well-lit. Smells a little like animals-are-here, but I'd expect that. Cat and dog magazines are scattered on a low, central table. About 5-6 wood chairs surround that table. A powder-room for human visitors is available to the left of the reception desk. A wood door to the right of the reception desk leads to the exam rooms.I'd describe the team as professional, caring, and considerate. Anne at the reception desk asks how she can help. I give my pet's name and my name. I smile to see the many photos of clients on the wall and the office cat stretched on the counter. Anne invites me to take a seat; she'll let the doctor know we are there.Waiting for the doctor allows us to interact with other pet guardians and the pet clients also waiting. Us? Actually, me. I enjoyed hearing the stories about the other pets.Dr. Littlejohn or his assistant Pete see us next. I state why we are there. They handled my cat with ease, and my cat tolerated their examination. Yes, my cat howled when needles breached his flesh. Who likes needles? However, I never felt that my cat was treated cruelly by the doctors.Dr. Littlejohn and Pete were my cat's medical crew since 2019. My cat passed last Tuesday. When I get a new cat, I will take that cat to O'Neal's.”
