It was the first time to visit my brother. Everyone was helpful and kind. Checking in was very easy unlike other places. The facility seemed to be clean and did not smell like a nursing home.

Bear Canyon Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services. We also have a specialized transitional care unit, which offers cardiac and pulmonary management services, and a specialized Memory Support Unit for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia.
