Culture at Optum is very accepting of unprofessional behavior and incompetence of some staff. Incompetence is exposed, when I ask you to explain what you're doing and you can't explain. This is not acceptable to me, so I did not complete my appointment and will go elsewhere.

All staff was very nice and friendly. However Iasah was very Kurt. He acted like it put him out to check me in for my appointment.

My primary care provider ordered a chest X-ray for me. I was told by the radiology scheduler that they would be down for eight days. It's a good thing I'm not sick or maybe I am but won't know for another week now. Ever since Optum took over from DaVita health service has been going downhill fast.
