I'm very satisfied with all the driver's they're very nice and on time,we haven't had any problems to this day I would recommend them to everyone when you have to get to medical appointments.thank for your service for my wife

I think they can do better with answering there phone for scheduling rides. I been calling them for a day and tell now.

I called to set up a transportation for my daughter only to have a rude individual answer the phone stating that she need to check the schedule for Friday when I asked to be transferred to another person to assist me since she was being rude this individual hanged up on me I will not be using there services after this experience
