It is totally ridiculous to have to take an hour to simply manage your payment method. I had to be reconnected to three different agents to edit my billing information. Due to having to obtain 4 new accounts. All that does is increase your overhead costs which is passed on to us customers. My time has worth.”

“Well we will see, i switched to AAA after State Farm really shafted me after a 93yo. man ran into my Porsche Carrera S. I handled all repair schedules and my VISA card for 7 months. Because of their inaction enough time had elapsed, the only Porsche authorized body shop were no longer taking new clients. I no longer wanted the car and sold it for $20K loss. People who buy Porsche's don't by accident Porsches.”
