This was my first time filing taxes here and it was the worst experience ever. William, the son of the owner, didn’t file an extension when he said he would. Now I owe more than a thousand dollars in penalties. I’ll never go back to this place and I DON’T recommend it to anyone. They don’t care about their customers.
