“I just went in for a repair. Since the chain is stainless steel and also clearly out of warranty(I knew this going in today), the woman in the front was helpful in telling me how I can repair it on my own. She then took it to the gentleman in the back to have it inspected. He ended up repairing it with a quick fix and didn't even charge me for it. The staff was very kind and honest. These are reasons I tend to try to always stay local, even if it means paying more - in this case, not pay at all.Thank you all for the amazing service and honesty today. I will definitely be returning very soon.”
