Set in the scenic Ojo Caliente River Valley overlooking the majestic Jemez Mountains is Chef-owner Graham Dodds’ serene NOSA Restaurant & Inn. NOSA is an old Spanish word for “ours” which speaks to the communal nature of a place to gather, dine, and rest.
Our menu evolves with the season and the availability of local ingredients. We offer a luxurious five-course prix-fixe meal with optional wine pairing that allows for time to enjoy the food and stunning views of Northern New Mexico. Reservations required. We also host private events for 6-60 people.
NOSA is also a place for rest and retreat. We have 2 King Suites and 2 Queen Suites, all posted on Airbnb. We offer breakfast and room service upon request for our guests.
