We went for breakfast and ended up coming back twice during our trip. Food was great and the location is so nice! The only thing that could be better is the coffee.

The best restaurant in Taos ski valley by far. The food is absolutely delicious every time.!
Winter Season: Serving apres ski and dinner with a full bar, lounge, and dining room located within the Edelweiss Lodge and Spa in the heart of the Taos Ski Valley base area. Extensive wine menu, creative cocktails and old favorites to accompany an Italian inspired cuisine to refuel after a day on the slopes.
Full dinner menu available Thursday through Monday with a light bit menu and full bar open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Daily Happy Hour with food and drink specials from 3-5pm daily.
Café open Friday through Mondays with fresh bagels, quiche, full coffee bar, and fresh squeezed juice (7:30-11:30am).
