The carne asada, blue corn cheese enchiladas, tacos, and the perfect margarita's were delicious! I wish they had a cookbook to get the recipe for the dishes, especially the cheese enchilada given we live in the Northeast.

Came for dinner. Had a very nice meal and the portions are huge. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have live music every night in the lobby. Worth a visit.
Our namesake, Doctor Thomas Paul Martin—or Doc Martin as he was known—arrived in Taos in 1890 to set up shop as the town's only family physician. A much-loved and dedicated doctor, his home was the adobe houses in which our restaurant now lives. Everything we do honors the deep-rooted history of Taos and the land around us, from our modern take on traditional, local recipes, to the home-grown ingredients we use.
