“We were looking for an auto part of course. Called around and shopped online. Most people didn't have it in or had no idea how to look up the part. We went to O'reilly. They didnt have it at their location but got it to us in about 2.5 hours. Paid 50 dollars less than other places charged. And then it turned out that part wasnt the issue. Returned it and got something else. Easy peasy. No hassles. Money was even back in account same day. I cant say all their prices are cheap but its always worth checking because you do find good prices.”

“Early yesterday morning my windshield wiper had fallen apart while brushing off my vehicle. Later that day I stopped at this location and asked if someone could look at my wipers and tell me whether or not I needed to purchase some. A young man stated that right after he took care of the customer he was cashing out that he would be right out. Well, out he came and within seconds he snapped my wiper back in to place. I am so grateful!I will mention that he took care of me without hesitation and did not act as though I was a bother. This kind of customer service is tough to find these days, especially this time of year. Both gentleman working were willing to help out. I appreciated it so much. I don't normally write reviews, but sometimes it is nice to hear about the good things. Whether or not what this employee did was part of his job description, he did it with a smile and he should know it may have been a small thing to him, but it was huge to me. THANK YOU!!!!!”

“United auto will beat almost any price on any part in almost any other store. I have never found brake pads and rotors as cheap as they have them. Batteries, CV axles, washer fluid, oil, filters and even tools. Everything you could need as a mechanic or a do it yourselfer. Service can be slow at times but it mostly seems to be computer related.”
