This is simple the best banking experience in the Syracuse NY area.The ladies at the desk and the branch manager are always willing to help and go the extra mile to make the transactions go smoothly. I wish all banks emulate them. 5 starts all the way.

Nice local branch of NBT bank. Relatively new building, well maintained and nice and convenient. Has drive thru and 24 hour ATM. At end of Willet Parkway with a traffic signal, so exiting is as easy as entering. Next to gas station and car wash. In between Baldwinsville and Liverpool, so convenient locarion wise.
