“Members only and there are two extra hours except Sunday for business and executive members. It has more selections than Costco and is convenient to shop with self checkout cashier. Also the price of the gas is 20 to 30 cents cheaper that other gas stations.”
“I’ve been using Maple Pharmacy for well over 30 years. Amazing personalized service. I switched 30 years ago when the big pharmacies would make me come back in a few hours with a sick infant to get my script. Maple pharmacy has filled them right away for me when my kids were sick, and continues to do it now for me if I really need it right away! Highly recommend! They know me and greet me by first name always!”

Holbrook Liquor is in the same building and you don't need to be a Costco memeber to take advantage of their prices. And this Costco location also has a gas station.”

“Prescription Centre is the best! I so much prefer local pharmacy to the national chains. I am 74 and disabled. I need to use a walker which I keep folded up in my trunk. I don't so much mind taking it out and then having to fold it back up and lift it into the trunk if I'm going into a store to shop or a doctor's office. But to have to take it out and put it back to go into a place to pick up just one thing is why I prefer curbside "delivery." We moved to Middle Island 2 1/2 years ago and Prescription Centre in Coram was the closest local pharmacy. I called and spoke to Dottie, explained my need for requesting that my orders be brought out to my car and was assured that it would be no problem and that they could also deliver. I have actually never been in the store! Dottie or one ofthe other ladies there even call me when they have prescriptions for me or my wife and ask if we'd like it delivered. I've never had many dealings with the pharmacist, but have nevere had any problems with anyone there.”

“We were always customers at the Holbrook CVS and hated it. The Holbrook location was always too busy and backed up, the pharmacy department was down right nasty, and we just had enough. We met the pharmacist at this CVS in patchogue during Covid when we got vaccinated. We started getting all our vaccines here. We noticed right away that he was always pleasant and seemed to go the extra mile for his customers. He reminds me of the old fashioned pharmacists that always watch out for their customers, knows everyone by name and is always happy to help and give good advice. He made us feel watched out for. We were happy to switch all our prescriptions to this location and it's been a pleasure since. Unfortunately, in the new year our insurance started forcing us to go somewhere else (not covering CVS at all anymore), and I was so upset by it. I'm hoping that will change and we can come back here!”

“I don't usually shop at this store because I find that the prices are usually higher than in other places. But I'm writing this to commend Josh, the associate at the self-checkout and give him 5 stars. He is absolutely awesome. I was having problems at the checkout multiple times and he would come right over as soon as the light went on and help me out. He scanned a lot of the items that were bigger in my cart so I wouldn't have to remove them. He helped me look up the produce prices. He is an absolute GEM!!!! Hey Stop & Shop-please give Josh a raise!”
“I stopped here, at OnPoint Pharmacy, during my recent travel, after a quick trip to the Urgent Care. This place is a gem! The staff was warm and enthusiastic, making me feel at home.
The Pharmacist was friendly, and spent extra time finding me the lowest copay without my asking. They had all the meds I needed filled, on hand and in stock, which was so convenient.
Overall, a great experience. You guys rock!”

Prices GREAT!!! Service was so attentive w/Maris courteous.....professional The Deli Department was booming!!! They had that line movvvvinggggg!!! What I love, is they have fresh grab & go's There seasonal department was gorgeously displayed Every end cap beautifully set & displayed I can definitely say my visit was ABOVE & BEYOND HIGHLY SATISFYING & worth it!! They help you obtain prescription for refill when needed and never messed up my prescription/medication. Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.”

“I have been going to this CVS store for beauty supplies and have been very happy with this store. I had a prescription sent to them on a Sunday very recently and it was ready shortly after we got there. I have taken a neighbor there and she continued with scripts she had from CVS in Florida until she returned home and has new doctors too. They let me pick up her scripts for her also . I saw some negative reviews on google and wanted to add a much deserved positive one that I think they deserve.
