Julia is the best! She gifted us a beautiful not pecan pie pecan slice. The tacos are delicious. The drink options are fun, happy hour is a great deal. Atmosphere is fun and laid back. Many options to take in the view. They treated us so well here.

It was good but a bit pricey. The food took a very long time to come out even though it wasn't even packed. Service was nice about it
elNico is a rooftop bar and restaurant at Penny Williamsburg, serving an elevated spin on casual Mexican food, drinks, and good times. Triumphant views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan skyline are included with every visit.
