I was standing there waiting for 5 minutes for my car and because of that went 30 seconds over the one hour mark. They wouldn’t refund me the difference and were extremely rude about it. Don’t ever park here if you want any type of reasonable customer service. Stef was the “manager” and was very rude and unhelpful.
