“I used to come here more than 10 years ago. When I was vegan this place was my go to place for groceries and hot food. They no longer serve hot food since Covid but they do have homemade Jamaican patties and smoothie bar. If you are looking for healthy groceries in an area where health food can be difficult to find, this place is worth the trip.”

“I found Get Healthy America from Royo's social media as they're one of the few locations to stock the product on-site. I came in just after a fresh re-stock but was also able to find many other products that I typically only see online! With shipping costs and minimum purchase orders, I'm usually hesitant to try some of those products, but with a store like this carrying so many hard to find brands, I know that I'll be back. I also received a ton of help in looking for food that avoided certain ingredients so they will definitely help with any dietary restrictions.”

“The food is excellent, tastes great and is easy to prepare. Don't over think this, these meals do fill you. Everyone is different, I fast and only eat 2 meals a day. I am active and have been loosing about .3 - .5lbs a day. This option is better than fast food, just do it! Its a trial and error on the meals, make a list of what you like and only order those. The options in the store are limited a greater variety is available on their website!”
