“I wish I could give this business 100 STARS! What a blessing from God. I have a 2015 GMC pickup truck and was having issues with my tail lights. I won't say names but I called a Large Dealership in Carthage - they told me it would be $160.00 an hour labor/diag fee with no guarntee they could fix it. I then called the GMC dealership in Watertown, and they WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT - as the truck was over 10 years old and had over 100k miles.
I felt stuck and helpless. My neighbor recommend Thesier Implement. I dropped my truck off late that night and had a phone call the next morning stating the truck was fixed as all it needed was a new fuse.
God put people like him on this earth to remind us that there is still a lot of good people left in this world. I can't think this man and his business enough! I highly, highly, highly recommend you bring your vehicles here. If I wasn't moving away from Carthage he would be my mechanic for the rest of my days on this earth. Such a wonderful, wonderful man. Thank you again sir!”

“Walked in without an appt upon exiting the grocery store and noticing my muffler hanging. The gentleman at the counter couldn't have been more honest about what they could do (since they don't offer full exhaust service) and how long it would take, which mattered since I had groceries in the car. Was in and out with two customers ahead of me in approx 20 mins free of charge. Who does that anymore🧐 These guys👏👏 Thank you so much!!”

“Accidentally found these guys and it was the greatest accident of my life! I thought my truck needed something and brought in the parts for it. Part was fine and they didnt charge me! Most places would have replaced the part and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Their prices are excellent, customer service is unmatched. I'll be taking my vehicles to them every time without a second thought.”

“Might be a little biased because he’s my cousin, but Scott is very professional, honest, fast and AFFORDABLE! Took my vehicle in to get my loose tie rod replaced. I was in and out in about 25-30 minutes. Now I’m stress free and don’t have to constantly worry about if my tie rod will come off completely which can be very dangerous. My car feels so much better to drive. Will continue going to Coveys for all my car/maintenance needs. Thank you Scott!”
“While traveling for work my alternator went. Johnson’s was easy to deal with through AAA and their customer service was top tier. Had me back on the road within a couple days while up in the area and even came to pick me up from the hotel to bring me to the shop for pickup. Reasonable pricing and excellent service from start to finish, can’t ask for more!”
“I drove from Buffalo, NY to Caskinette Ford to work with Chris (3 1/2 hours). He was ready with literal open arms when I got there. Very inviting and friendly. Chuck was also phenomenal. We had a small hurdle and Chuck came out to ensure that everything was handled exceptionally. It truly felt like I was important to them.
Additionally, the building is gorgeous (I think I even saw massage chairs?!). The view from inside to across the street is phenomenal.
