“Thanks for returning sanity to our household with your invaluable advice.My family had been going nuts for months fighting with a misbehaving inkjet printer. Besides wondering which family heirlooms we’d start selling to pay for the perpetual replacement ink cartridges, we still didn’t have a normally functioning printer.We were led to CCS. The owner who told us he’d ‘heard that many times before’ and recommended a laser printer. We were a bit wary of the expense but he spent time advising us which was the best bet. (CCS doesn’t sell printers.)When we actually pressed ‘Print’ on our Brother laser printer and a beautiful page actually printed with no trouble... I thought I was going to have palpitations! And it’s still going strong.Guess who has a new toner customer. Thank you!”
