An amazing experience. Went above and beyond to give us a personal experience. Was able to do what other jewelers did not. Couldn't be more than happy. Allen was the best!

The service at the Clifton Park store was fabulous! And my ring? They reset the diamond and fixed the very thin band of a ring that is from 1945 ! It was passed down to me by my mother in law and now I am passing it to my only grandson for his beautiful girl! It looks like a brand new ring!

Excellent experience overall. Donna was amazing and helped me through the process. She shot down all of my d*** ideas and kept me focused without the use of pharmaceuticals. The ring is gorgeous and my cat seemed to like it too.
