Dr. Estra was so knowledgeable and took time to talk through all the potential causes and treatments we could try for my cat’s allergies. They have consistently followed up to check for improvements and all staff have been caring and genuine in every interaction.”

They explain things thoroughly, don’t recommend unnecessary interventions just for money, respect my decision making, and send a comprehensive visit summary after the appointment. I trust them 100%!”

Our sweet girl has had some health issues, and Dr. Jarvis has always gotten to the bottom of it and taken great care of us. “We moved upstate four years ago and had a hard time getting into a new vet. We have been going to one that we didn’t love and recently stumbled upon The Village Animal Clinic on a google search. They came with very high reviews and we strongly agree. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their online website and booking capabilities is very user friendly and so convenient for a working animal parent. I was able to get everything situated for the first appointment through text which was so helpful. We have a rescue that is very timid at the vet and has a hard time with new people in that setting. They were so welcoming, encouraging and compassionate. From the front desk team to the vet and the vet tech. Everything was done in front of us and was one of the best vet experiences we have encountered. Their compassion and love for the animal and their well being is very evident through the entire process. Being able to pay inside the exam room was the icing on the cake as that is usually difficult with our easily excitable lab mix. We can’t say enough and look forward to developing more of a relationship with this vet office.”
“I have 2 German Shepherd dogs, and they are always great with them. One is reactive so we are able to check in from the car or my husband stays with her until they have a room ready, then they bring us in, making sure all other animals are out of her path.”

Enzo is 13 now and living strong and healthy. We have our yearly set with a call or email. Highly recommend, great people, top tier doctors.”

Front desk could use some bringing in tactfulness…when you call to schedule they shame you for not being able to get in the next day…I understand it’s important for my animal but it’s also important for my animals owner to have a job…having some awareness and not shaming a good pet owner is literally basic decency…”

“I have been taking my cats to Capitaland Animal Hospital for almost 10 years now. I am always so pleased with the patience and compassion they have with my kitties. One of my cats is very nervous and Dr. K is always so patient and really takes her time to make sure Poochie is as comfortable as she can be at a vet office. :) The techs and assistants are also very compassionate and kind.
