“My daughter was stranded in Dunkirk, NY. She continued to call places for help until David Swanson said he could help. He not only had to go find the parts, he fixed the problem, spent over Four hours and was unbelievably fair with price. I thought it was a mistake. He brought her to a safe place to wait as well while he worked on the repair. Mr. Swanson was such a blessing during a stressful time! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business! Thank you!”
“Stacy has been EXTREMELY helpful in a rough time with car parts and repairs. She is very knowledgeable and the staff goes above and beyond in all of your needs. Prices are always better than any other place I’ve been to. My favorite parts store!”

“Zambotti Collision provides excellent repairs at reasonable prices. They took my truck in as quickly as possible, you couldn’t even tell I had an accident. Nice clean facility, professional and courteous staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Called to get my car inspected after a deer ran into it. The guy (I believe his name is Chase)I spoke to said I could bring it by the following day which was a Saturday. He said that he'd be there that morning and would take a look and get us on the schedule. It's still drivable, so that's a plus! We spoke to him in June and they were able to get us in in September, So we haven't had any work done yet so I'll update when we do.
Edit: We had the work completed on my Toyota RAV4. It took 21 days and I finally had it returned. The drop off and pick up was easy and uneventful. The repairs look to be done correctly and we haven't had an issues with it. I don't see any errors in the paint job etc at this point.”
