“My daughter was stranded in Dunkirk, NY. She continued to call places for help until David Swanson said he could help. He not only had to go find the parts, he fixed the problem, spent over Four hours and was unbelievably fair with price. I thought it was a mistake. He brought her to a safe place to wait as well while he worked on the repair. Mr. Swanson was such a blessing during a stressful time! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business! Thank you!”

“I love this store. It is now my home away from home. I could spend hours checking out all their gadgets. My basement is becoming a half way decent workshop thanks to Harbor Freight.”

“I stopped here today to ask about techniques to remove a small amount of superficial paint from scraping the side of my car on my garage door at home that happened with all the snow this winter. Chase was so nice and helpful! He did an excellent job and was super quick! I can't recommend this place enough!! Thank you to Chase and the front desk woman was very nice too! Thank you for helping me! You made my day by being so kind and helpful. It made me feel so much better that it was such an easy, quick fix! You've got some great people there!”
